At Schrock Custom Homes we are a small local builder and only take on a few select projects per year. Thus both parties have a vested interest in a strong partnership. Starting at our first meeting, we work diligently to determine if we can successfully team with you to build the floorplan that you want, with the finishes that appeal to you, on your lot within our service area, and within a timeframe that works for everyone. We would love to get to know your family, and have you tour some completed homes to see our workmanship for yourself and to hear first hand from our clients about their experience.

What will it cost? This is a question that is asked early and often throughout our process. Prior to entering into a formal Professional Services Agreement to design a custom home, we pause to evaluate your lot conditions and wish-list for the project. We provide a "good faith" cost estimate range, so that you have an idea of the price tag before formally moving forward. On an ongoing basis, throughout the design, selections, and construction phases, we provide pricing updates. We want to ensure that your hard-earned money is spent on features and finishes that are meaningful to you, and that you save on items that are lower on your priority list. You deserve to have the cost be a part of every decision that you make.
